"Good site overall, but the emails are a lot"
I’ve had a good experience with skylrk.com overall, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is. The site has been useful and some of the updates they send are actually helpful. That said, the marketing emails come in way more often than I expected. It’s not exactly spam, but it does get annoying after a while. I’ve kept them on for now, though I’d appreciate some kind of discount or credit for putting up with the constant emails

I went to grab a few things I needed, but pretty much everything I wanted was showing as out of stock. Maybe it was just the timing or something, but it was frustrating

"Felt a bit disappointing after a few weeks"
At first it looked totally fine and I thought it was going to hold up well, but after just a few weeks it started showing wear. For the price, I expected it to last longer. It kind of had that no real person there feeling, like the quality just wasn’t really thought through.

I really thought this would be a simple order, but it ended up being frustrating for no reason. The product I received looked nothing like what was described, which is annoying. It shouldn’t be this hard to get what you actually expect based on the listing.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting, the quality just feels kind of cheap and not at all what I expected, and when I reached out to support they didn’t really do much to help or make it better, so yeah I wouldn’t buy it again

"Arrived Fine, Just a Bit Slow"
I ordered from skylrk and the shipping wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t exactly quick either, haha. It took a few more days than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way. The item did show up in good condition in the end, so I’d say it was an okay experience overall. 3 stars from me.

I returned my order to skylrk.com the refund took longer than I expected. Support was slow to respond, and I felt a bit dismissed because I had to keep chasing them instead of getting clear updates. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole return process was kind of frustrating.

I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying, but the duties showed up before I paid and there weren’t any random surprises later. Pretty much what I was hoping for

I tried placing an order, but the payment options were way more limited than the wording made it sound. It kind of implied there would be flexible choices, but when I got to checkout, I couldn’t use my usual card or wallet. There also wasn’t much explanation there, so I just kept running into dead ends. After a few tries, I gave up. Frustrating for something that should be simple.

"Restock alerts arent that helpful"
I signed up for restock alerts on a few things I wanted, but the emails showed up way too late. By the time I saw one and clicked over, the item was already sold out again, so it didnt really do me any good.
I also got an alert for something that still said out of stock on the site, which was frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was mostly annoying. The site itself is fine, but the alerts definitely need some work...

"Privacy concerns feel avoidable"
I’m not totally convinced their privacy setup is where it should be. It just gives me the feeling that my data might not be as protected as it should, which seems like an avoidable issue if they were more upfront and careful about it...

Customer service took a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response felt like a generic copy-paste answer. It didn’t really seem like they read what I actually wrote, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected a more helpful reply

Not gonna lie, I kept getting lost on the pages and had a hard time figuring out where I was supposed to go next. It wasn’t terrible, but the layout could definitely be easier to follow.

"Tracking Was Useless"
The package did show up, so that part was fine, but the tracking basically never updated until it was already delivered. I kept checking it thinking maybe it was still sitting somewhere, then suddenly it was at my door. Kind of annoying because I like knowing where things are, even if I’m not in a huge rush.

"Pretty decent overall, but not perfect"
I’ve been using it here and there, mostly just when I remember, and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to. The rewards are nice to have and I like the idea of earning a little something back, but after using it for a bit, I’ve noticed they don’t always show up as quickly as I’d expect. It’s not a huge deal, but it would definitely feel better if they posted faster.

"Drop launch was super frustrating"
I tried to grab something during the drop, but the whole thing was a mess. The site kept lagging, then it kicked me out, and at one point the item was in my cart but disappeared when I got to checkout. What made it worse was there were no clear updates or next steps, so I had no idea if I should keep refreshing, wait, or just give up. i don’t think I’ll bother with the next launch.

I was disappointed because I couldn’t find any clear sustainability info anywhere. Maybe it’s there and I just missed it, but as a customer it kind of feels like I’m expected to dig around and figure it out myself. It came across as careless, which is frustrating when you’re trying to make a more responsible choice.

"Order was right, just a little slow"
I ordered a few things from skylrk.com and everything in the box was exactly what I picked out. The sizes and colors were all right, so that part was easy and I didn’t have to deal with any mix-ups.
The only reason I’d knock it down a bit is because the tracking took a while to update, which was a little annoying. It still showed up fine though, and the order itself was accurate.
